Digital screens no longer have to be static. With the new animation feature in the Slide Creator, Castit now lets you create modern, eye-catching content directly inside the CMS, without extra software and without design experience.

Animations enhance every visual, whether you choose a subtle fade effect or a more striking fly-in motion that instantly grabs attention.

Where to Find the Slide Creator

After logging in to the Castit CMS, you’ll find the Slide Creator in the left-hand navigation. When you open it, you’ll see three tabs:

• Your Designs – previously saved slides
• Your Templates – your own custom templates (if you created any)
• Castit Templates – ready-made templates you can use immediately or customize

Click any template → Use Template to open the design canvas with all editable elements.

Editing Elements on the Slide

When you click any object in the template, an editing panel opens on the right side. From here, you can adjust:

• position
• size
• color and style
• opacity
• shadow (drop shadow)
• images (replace, crop, resize)
• layer order (which element is on top or behind)

All changes are reflected instantly on the canvas.

New Feature: Animate Objects on Your Slide

This is the major upgrade: you can now animate individual elements, multiple selected objects, or even entire sequences on a single slide.

How to Add an Animation

Select an object (or multiple objects). In the right-hand panel, click Animate. The animation panel will open with an Add Animation button. Choose your animation settings.

• Fade In
• Fade Out
• Fly In
• Fly Out
• Zoom
• and many more

Animation settings

• when the animation starts
• duration
• speed (slower / faster)
• repeat options (once / loop)

Managing Multiple Animations

If your slide contains several animations, you can:

• reorder them by dragging
• delete individual animations (Delete animation)
• preview each animation separately (Play animation)
• preview the entire sequence using Play All

Saving and Publishing Your Animated Slide

When you're done editing:

• Click Save (top right).
• Enter the slide name.
• Choose how long it should be displayed.
• Save again.

You’ll return to the main Slide Creator dashboard, where you can:

• edit the slide
• preview it
• move it
• delete it
• add it to a playlist
• or publish it directly to a screen

Publishing the Slide to a Screen

Click the three-dot menu → Set to Screen
→ choose a screen
→ the slide appears immediately, live.
